Stroud Churches Together

Churches Together In Stroud is a group of Christian churches in the Stroud Valleys area of Gloucestershire working together to bring the Good News of Jesus relevantly to our community.

We represent a varied worshipping community of over five hundred Christians. We are united by a common experience of knowing God at work in our personal lives.

Our response is a desire to share our stories with our friends and neighbours and everyone in our locality. We hold united services of worship both indoors and outside — we invite everyone to join us.

We work together to bring light and hope to the poor, marginalised and disadvantaged. Together we support a number of local initiatives:

  • The Door Youth Project providing a safe, supportive and encouraging environment for the young people of our town. More information >>
  • The Marah Trust working with people living rough or suffering from substance abuse. More information >>
  • The Centre Christian Bookshop which provides Christian resources the churches and people of our area. More information >>
  • Tiddlywinks, a cafe-style drop-in for parents and carers with babies and young children. More information >>

Churches Together In Stroud (CTS) is part of a wider ecumenical movement headed by Churches Together in England.
